Terms of service

The service

Sunnyhub is store software: themes, an admin, checkout tools, and support. A subscription lets the merchant run their own shop. Sunnyhub is not the seller of products listed in that shop, and this website is not a store.

Plans and payment

Fees are the monthly prices on the pricing page, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax. A plan renews until you cancel. Payment methods and the statement name SUNNYHUB are described on the payments page.

Your shop

You are responsible for the products, claims, prices, shipping, and customer terms on any shop you open with the software. You must not use the service for unlawful goods or to take payment you are not entitled to take.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or resell access except under a written agreement. We may suspend a plan that creates a security or legal risk, and we will tell you when we can do so safely.

Cancellation

You may cancel as described on the cancellation page. Statutory withdrawal rights in Canada are not limited by these terms.

Liability

The software is provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for profit lost on a merchant's own sales, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
