Privacy policy

Who we are

Sunnyhub Inc. ("Sunnyhub", "we") is the controller for account, billing, and support data collected on sunnyhub.net. Write to privacy@sunnyhub.net or our data protection contact, Sophie Marchand (dpo@sunnyhub.net).

What we collect

• Identity and contact details you send us: name, email, company, phone.
• Billing data: plan, invoices, the last four digits of a card, and the result of a Google Pay or PayPal payment. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support messages and basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed).
• Store content a merchant uploads into the software. For that content we act on the merchant's instructions.

Why we use it

To provide the subscription, take payment, answer support, keep the service secure, and meet tax and accounting duties in Canada. Marketing email is sent only if you ask for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Payment processors, email delivery, and infrastructure hosts that process data for us under contract. We do not sell personal information. A regulator or court can require disclosure where the law says so. You can ask privacy@sunnyhub.net which categories of providers we use.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while the plan is active and for a short period after closure. Invoices are kept for the period required by Canada tax rules, typically seven years. Support mail is deleted when the thread is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to marketing. Email privacy@sunnyhub.net. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Google Pay

If you pay a plan with Google Pay, Google and our payment processor handle the wallet transaction. We receive a payment confirmation and a limited account identifier, not your full card number.
